Parts designed for the Z31 Model 300ZX's - New Product Developments
Additional Z31 products planned for future release!
Some of my limited free time is spent developing future Z31 products. These products are either in-process or on the drawing board, and not currently available.
Please be patient for a product release date. Development of a quality product requires time and sometimes extended testing.
Products listed as under review have been prototyped, installed, and tested in at least their initial alpha version.
Products listed as under testing have been installed on numerous test vehicles, and are awaiting final release.
HP Fuel Rail Fittings Kit
Currently under review.
This kit includes all necessary hardware to required to install –6AN fittings and stainless braided hoses in place of the factory rubber hoses in the engine bay. The fuel rails are fed in series in order to keep fittings to a minimum and cost low. A single –6AN fuel line has the capacity to flow enough fuel for 800+ crankshaft horsepower. This system is ample for most vehicles up to 550 crankshaft horsepower with a good fuel pump and without the need to upgrade stock hard lines between the fuel tank and engine bay. The very few super-modified VG-powered vehicles requiring 800+cc/min injectors will require these additional upgrades and can benefit from plumbing the rails in parallel as opposed to series. Running multiple fuel pumps in parallel and/or building a surge tank into the fuel system is also highly recommended for those seeking to test the limits of the their engine.
Z31 Brake Master Cylinder Brace
Currently under review.
This kit will consist of a simple aluminum brace for stopping brake master cylinder movement because of firewall and vacuum booster flex during heavy application. It gives better braking feel when the brakes are being heavily applied.
Intake Super Mount
Currently under review.
Replacement drivers side engine mount bracket and instructions for modification to allow open frontal access for piping to the turbocharger's compressor inlet.
Aluminum Transmission Crossmember
Currently under review.
High-performance replacement transmission crossmember manufactured from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum. This unit will replace the stock transmission crossmember and damper bar assemblies with one ultra-strong and easy-to-install part that mounts to our poly transmission mount. Re-uses existing fasteners, includes complete instructions.
